Dr. Vickie Hughes RN, DNS Dr. Hughes received her Doctorate of Nursing Science from Louisiana State University. She is a clinical specialist in Adult Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing. She has served as an adjunct nursing instructor at NWFSC since Fall 2006. |
